I have NO idea how to work devianART!
Anyone who can tell me anything about how to work the site will be thanked

I am quite interested in drawing image I have taken or editing them but I am not sure what programmes I need put these images onto my computer because they don't work atm.

I am also thinking of uploading a story I have written but i'm not sure if its allowed (I didn't read the Terms&Conditions thing so I don't know!)

Any help would be great because I am completely confused!
